What we are looking for.

An experienced, reliable and trustworthy assistant in part time (min. 20 hrs/week) or full-time to perform the following tasks:

  • Assisting the management in the administrative day-by-day business
  • Participation in the area of finance: processing of outgoing and incoming invoices as well as preparation of the monthly settlement
  • Organizational support of the departments Human Resources, Purchasing, Marketing
  • Correspondence management, both in writing and by telephone
  • Office organization
  • Interface to our external tax consulting firm

Your skills and experiences are:

  • Completed commercial education or comparable qualification
  • Very good understanding of commercial processes and affinity for data
  • Experience in accounting and/or human resources are a plus

  • You are detail-oriented, but at the same time keep an eye on the big picture as well as important deadlines.
  • A high level of service orientation is important to you.
  • You like to organize and you have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • You have a very good knowledge of German and English.
